- Competitor share of voice
- Pages and domains AI cites in your category
AI SEO agency
When a buyer asks ChatGPT or Perplexity for a shortlist, a few brands get named and the rest don’t exist. VisiblyRank finds the prompts that matter in your market and fixes whatever keeps you out of the answer.

Brands named in the answer
Same prompt, other engines
Illustration. Every engagement starts by measuring where you really stand, prompt by prompt and engine by engine.
Published user counts for three of the engines we track. Each one answers product questions with a short list of names.
Services
We focus on AI search and nothing else. Take one service or let us run all six as a single program.
Where you show up today, where competitors show up instead, and which gaps are worth closing first.
The questions your buyers type into AI assistants rarely match your keyword list. We map the real ones.
Pages built to be quoted: direct answers, clear comparisons, and claims an AI model can lift and attribute.
If GPTBot or ClaudeBot can't fetch a page, no amount of copywriting gets it cited. We check the plumbing.
AI answers lean on third-party sources. We work the review sites, listicles, and threads that engines already trust.
Mentions are a leading signal. Visits and conversions are the point. Monthly reports cover both.
Method
Four steps, repeated every month. Each one maps to data we can show you, so nothing rests on a hunch.
We set up tracking for the prompts that matter to your pipeline and record which brands each engine names, in what order, and with which sources.
Prompt tracking
When you're missing from an answer, there is a reason. The cited pages, the crawler logs, and the competitor content usually point straight at it.
Citation analytics + crawler logs
We ship the change: a new comparison page, a rewritten answer block, an unblocked bot, a pitch to a domain the engines already quote.
Content gap analysis
Then we check whether it worked. Did the brand start appearing, did AI-referred visits follow, and did any of them convert?
Visitor analytics
What we run every program on
Plenty of tools will tell you whether your brand was mentioned. For client work we need the reason behind it: which pages the engines cited, whether their crawlers could reach yours, and whether the resulting visits converted. Promptwatch keeps prompt tracking, citation analytics, AI crawler logs, and visitor analytics in one platform, which is why our reports can connect a new page to a new citation to new pipeline.
Engagements
Every engagement is scoped after a short call, priced to the number of markets and prompts involved, and quoted in writing before anything starts.

FAQ
Regular SEO earns positions in a list of links. AI SEO earns a place inside the answer itself, when ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or Google's AI Overviews recommend a handful of brands by name. A lot of the groundwork overlaps (crawlable pages, useful content, authority), but the measurement is different and so are some of the levers, like third-party citations and how directly a page answers a question.
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. AI answers vary by prompt, engine, location, and day. What we can do is measure your visibility honestly, find the specific reasons you're missing, fix them, and show you the trend month over month.
It depends on what's holding you back. A blocked crawler or a missing comparison page can show up in answers relatively quickly once the page is fetched again. Building presence on the third-party sources engines cite takes longer. Your audit will say which kind of problem you have.
Not necessarily. You can keep your existing SEO partner for classic rankings and bring us in for AI visibility only. We'll share tracking and coordinate so nobody duplicates work.
We run client programs on Promptwatch. It tracks prompts across the major AI engines, shows which pages and domains get cited, reads AI crawler logs, and attributes AI-referred visits and conversions, so we can follow a page from crawl to citation to visit in one place.
A short call about your market and buyers, read access to analytics, and someone who can approve content and technical changes. If you want crawler logs in the report, we'll also need a way to connect your CDN or hosting logs.
